This machine is Tripson type rebound resilience tester conforming to JIS K6255-1996. All setting
operations are performed on touch panel. As for chucking of sample, sample is mounted by driving air cylinder by means of clamp switch. By turning on the release switch, the hammer gets released and test starts. The hammer is returned manually and is locked by turning off the release switch.
The sample clamping unit of this machine is equipped with a heater for heating up to 70°C (upper limit).
Heating test of up to 70°C is possible by pre-heating the sample before conducting test.

1. Place the tester on a level ground, connect to specified power supply.

2. Set test times. Press left arrow choose digit position, up and down arrow to set value, then   press【MD】save.

3. Put test sample into the barrel, lock the door.

4. Press start, tester starting rotating.

5. Tester will alarm and stop automatic when preset test times completed. Press【Reset】eliminate the alarm.

6. Take out test sample, check the test result.

Note: please use specified power supply, improper power supply affects the rotating speed and may damage the motor.
